Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nature Girl Rewild, we want you to love your challenge experience and your gear. This page explains what can be returned, exchanged, or refunded—along with what cannot.


Challenge Registrations — Non-Refundable

All registrations for any Nature Girl Rewild Challenges (including seasonal rewild challenges) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because challenge materials, patches, apparel orders, and participant resources are prepared as registrations come in, we are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Personal schedule changes

  • Weather

  • Illness

  • Lack of participation

  • Deciding not to complete the challenge

Please register only if you are confident you can participate.


Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Nature Girl gear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange eligible items if:

  • It is within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags are still attached

  • The item is not marked as final sale

How It Works

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated by emailing hello@naturegirlrewild.com.

  • Once approved, items must be shipped back to us within 14 days.

  • Be aware that challenge giveaway swag and other apparel are often preordered so there may or may not be an exchange/replacement in the desired size.
  • Returned giveaway swag will not result in a refund and will be charged a return fee.
  • Shipping fees apply for all returns and exchanges (including sending items back and shipping replacements).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Challenge registrations

  • Digital downloads

  • Patches included with challenge registration

  • Worn, washed, or damaged apparel

  • Items returned without tags

  • Items returned after the 30-day window


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
